Terminal Tower is installed at the end of transmission lines as boundary between line and substation, bearing full one‑side horizontal tension of conductors and ground wires. Q235/Q355 steel with hot‑dip galvanized anti‑corrosion. Modular split‑type for sea shipment & site erection. Customizable for voltage, wind and ice load. Structural calculation report available.
Terminal tower is located at the terminal end of overhead transmission lines, serving as the boundary between transmission line and substation. It bears full horizontal tension from one‑side conductors and ground wires, anchors line loads and feeds conductors into substation equipment.
Fabricated from high‑strength Q235 / Q355 structural steel. All components are hot‑dip galvanized against rust, sandstorm, rain and coastal salt‑fog, delivering stable performance in mountain, plain, coastal and other harsh field environments.
All parts are pre‑fabricated in factory with bolt‑connected modular split design. Components fit container sea‑export perfectly. No on‑site welding required. Bolt‑on assembly simplifies field installation and saves construction time.
Custom design is available according to voltage class, nominal height, local wind speed and ice‑coating grade. Drawings and structural calculation reports can be supplied for overseas tender and project acceptance.
