Crossing Tower is special tower for large‑span obstacles crossing such as rivers, highways and valleys, carrying heavy load for long span conductors. Made of Q235/Q355 steel with hot‑dip galvanized anti‑corrosion. Modular split‑type for sea shipment & site erection. Customizable for span, wind and ice load. Structural calculation report available.
Crossing tower is a special large‑span transmission steel tower. It is deployed where power lines need to cross large obstacles including rivers, lakes, highways, railways and valleys. Featuring great tower height and long span distance, it bears heavy vertical and wind load of conductors to guarantee safe operation of crossing line sections.
Fabricated from high‑strength Q235 / Q355 structural steel. All components are hot‑dip galvanized against rust, sandstorm, rain and salt‑fog, performing reliably beside rivers, valleys and open wild areas.
All parts are pre‑fabricated in factory with bolt‑connected modular split design. Components are well‑sized for container sea‑export. No on‑site welding required. Bolt‑on assembly reduces high‑altitude field‑construction difficulty.
Custom design is available according to crossing span, tower height, voltage class, local wind speed and ice‑coating grade. Drawings and structural calculation reports can be supplied for overseas large‑scale tender and project acceptance.
