Transposition Tower is specially designed for conductor phase transposition to balance three‑phase electrical parameters and reduce unbalanced voltage. Made of Q235/Q355 steel with hot‑dip galvanized anti‑corrosion. Modular split‑type for sea shipment & site erection. Customizable for voltage, wind and ice load. Structural calculation report available.
Transposition tower is a special‑purpose steel tower for overhead transmission lines. It is used to realize phase transposition of three‑phase conductors. For long‑distance transmission lines, conductor transposition balances three‑phase electrical parameters, reduces unbalanced voltage and suppresses induced circulating current to ensure stable power transmission.
Fabricated from high‑strength Q235 / Q355 structural steel. All components are hot‑dip galvanized against rust, sandstorm, rain and coastal salt‑fog, suitable for plain, mountain, coastal and other harsh outdoor environments.
All parts are pre‑fabricated in factory with bolt‑connected modular split design. Components are well‑sized for container sea‑export. No on‑site welding required. Bolt‑on assembly simplifies field installation and shortens construction period.
Custom design is available according to voltage class, transposition scheme, nominal height, local wind speed and ice‑coating grade. Drawings and structural calculation reports can be supplied for overseas tender and project acceptance.
