Angle Tower is used at deflection points of transmission lines to bear bidirectional horizontal tension of conductors for line direction change. Made of Q235/Q355 steel with hot‑dip galvanized anti‑corrosion. Modular split‑type for sea shipment & site erection. Customizable for voltage, deflection angle, wind and ice load. Structural calculation report is available.
Angle tower is installed at deflection points of overhead transmission lines. It bears bidirectional horizontal tension from conductors and ground wires to realize line direction change. It can be divided into small‑angle and large‑angle types according to the actual deflection angle.
Fabricated from high‑strength Q235 / Q355 structural steel. All components are hot‑dip galvanized to resist rust, sandstorm, rain and coastal salt‑fog, performing stably in mountain, hilly, desert and other harsh outdoor conditions.
All parts are pre‑fabricated in factory with bolt‑connected modular split design. Components are well‑sized for container sea‑export. No on‑site welding required. Bolt‑on assembly simplifies field work and shortens construction period.
Custom design is available according to voltage class, line deflection angle, nominal height, local wind speed and ice‑coating grade. Drawings and structural calculation reports can be supplied for overseas tender and project acceptance.
