On February 25, Sanxing Lighting’s 2026 Annual Kickoff Conference was grandly held at its intelligent manufacturing base in Qihe, Shandong. The meeting adjusted the management team, signed annual target responsibility documents, and rolled out full-year plans focusing on multi-functional smart poles, power tower auxiliary lighting and municipal power corridor lighting supporting projects.
During the conference, appointments for the General Manager and middle-level management cadres of Sanxing Lighting were officially announced, forming a professional management team dedicated to smart pole and power matching lighting sectors. Duan Xueli, Rotating President of Shouxing Group, and Jiao Yuwei, Executive General Manager of Sanxing Lighting, signed the 2026 Annual Target Responsibility Letter on site. Clear quantitative targets were set for annual production capacity, order delivery and market expansion, with priority given to boosting the mass supply capacity of smart integrated poles and landscape lamps matched for power tower infrastructure.
The event also held an awards ceremony to recognize outstanding teams, individual performers, creative R&D proposals and lean management departments for outstanding performance in 2025. Over the past year, Sanxing Lighting’s R&D team launched multiple technological upgrades for lighting fixtures used alongside power poles and towers. Optimizations on structural design, anti-corrosion treatment and IoT control systems greatly improved the durability of lamps under harsh outdoor power tower operating environments. Lean production workshops maintained stable high output to fulfill bulk orders from power grid and tower construction projects.
Liu Yong, General Manager of Sanxing Lighting, delivered a special speech on industrial transformation amid AI trends. He pointed out that the outdoor lighting market is facing intensified stock competition.
